Here to help.

September 30, 2017

We've all heard that asking for help is the first step. Not knowing who to ask can make that first step seem impossible. I know. In my early twenties, I knew that I needed support for my depression and anxiety and I had no idea where to turn. The good news is that help is out there. I found it, and now we're here to help you find help too.

This website is a map of supports and services for young adults living in Bucks County. Sponsored by the Now is the Time Healthy Transitions Grant, this website is full of information for you to find mental health and/or substance use services and supports - no matter where you are on your journey.

Through mentalhealth4bucksya.com, we'll also be sharing upcoming events and community news. Keep in touch with us by signing up to receive email updates
