Any of the services listed can also be contacted if you are worried about a friend or family member who is in mental health crisis or at risk of suicide.

 

If you need to call the police for a mental health emergency, ask if a CIT (Crisis Intervention Trained) Officer is available. CIT officers are specially trained to provide intervention support during mental health crises. Be aware that a CIT officer may not be available.
